Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

A. Eligibility

  • Applies to first-time subscribers only
  • Covers the first subscription period only (does not apply to renewals or upgrades)
  • Must be requested within 30 calendar days of your initial subscription
  • Does not apply to one-time Institutional tier purchases ($3,997) — one-time payments are non-refundable except as required by law

B. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support [at] sageresearch [dot] ai with “Refund Request” in the subject line
  2. Include your account email address and order ID
  3. Briefly explain why you would like a refund
  4. We will review and respond within 2 business days

C. Refund Process

If your request is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days depending on your bank
  • Your access to AlphaVision continues until the end of your billing period
  • Upon refund, your account will be marked for non-renewal

D. Important Limitations

  • This guarantee applies ONLY to your first subscription period
  • It does NOT apply to renewal charges
  • It does NOT apply to upgrades or additional purchases
  • It does NOT apply to one-time Institutional tier purchases

2. No Refunds After 30 Days or on Renewals

After the 30-day satisfaction period ends, no refunds are issued for the current billing period, regardless of when you cancel, how much you used the Service, your satisfaction with the signals, market performance, or technical issues you experienced.

Renewal charges are NOT refundable. We do not issue prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods. You pay for the full period; you have access for the full period.

3. Cancellation

A. How to Cancel

Every AlphaVision alert email contains a cancellation link at the bottom. Click it and follow the prompts — that’s the fastest way to cancel. You can also email support [at] sageresearch [dot] ai with “Cancel Subscription” in the subject line.

B. When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • Cancellation stops future billing immediately
  • Your current billing period continues until the next renewal date
  • You retain access to AlphaVision until the end of your current period
  • After your current period ends, your access is terminated

Example: If you cancel on May 15 and your billing date is the 1st of each month, you keep access until June 1.

C. Cancellation Is Immediate

Once you cancel, you cannot un-cancel. If you change your mind, you may need to resubscribe at the current rate (which may differ from your original price).

4. Tier Changes and Upgrades

Upgrading

If you upgrade to a higher tier, the upgrade takes effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period. The new tier rate applies to future renewals.

Downgrading

If you downgrade to a lower tier, the downgrade takes effect at your next billing date (not immediately). No refund is issued for the difference.

5. Failed or Disputed Charges

If your payment method declines, we will attempt to charge again within a few days. If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended. Restore access by updating your payment method.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at support [at] sageresearch [dot] ai before filing a dispute with your bank. Many issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraud or illegal activity, fail to pay your subscription, redistribute signals to unauthorized users, or reverse engineer or attempt to breach our systems.

Accounts terminated for violations forfeit all access immediately with no refund.

7. Special Situations

  • Accidental duplicate charge: Contact support immediately with proof of both charges. We will refund the duplicate within 5 business days.
  • Technical outage: If AlphaVision is unavailable for an extended period due to our technical failure, we may issue a service credit at our discretion, applied to your next billing period.
  • Company discontinuation: If we discontinue AlphaVision, we will provide at least 60 days’ notice and may offer a pro-rata refund for unused service time.

8. Important Reminders

  • We are not a refund-for-losses service. If your trades lose money, that is not refundable.
  • The 7-day guarantee is based on satisfaction with the SERVICE, not trading performance.
  • Refunds are not issued because you lost money on a trade, signals were wrong, or the market moved against you.
